On Monday, the Lourdes Eagles baseball team officially began the 2011 season. Around 45 players in grades 9-12 gathered in the bubble on the campus of Rochester Community & Technical College for the first practice.
The opening practice marks the beginning of a hectic spring season, which lasts barely eight weeks. The Eagles first game is less than three weeks away, April 8. The weather, of course, is always a factor. As always, all within the program are looking forward to a fun season. Go Eagles!
